Another night of limited sleep, but I felt ok today. My HR showed the fatigue, I think, as you can see by my splits:

mile 2: 8:23
mile 3: 8:42
mile 4: 9:43
mile 5: 10:00
HR t+1: 129
HR t+5: 105
