Day 179: 4mi, 35:00
A moderate pace on tonight's run along the Charles. After two weeks of very light training, my leg is feeling a lot better. There was still some lingering pain towards the end of the run, but overall, it felt pretty good. If it feels good tomorrow, I am going to start building back the mileage and working on my speed.

Great blog. I am actually trying to break six this summer. I was at 6 30 a few weeks ago and have been pounding out the speedworks since. Going to the track tomorrow to see if I've improved.
I once was a sub 5 miler. Oooo the good ole days.
Awesome.. i'm around 5.22 atm. How hard was it getting that last half minute or so off.. how long did it take you?
